In case you’ve missed it on the news, a more than welcome law has reached property management across England and Wales: the abolishment of applications fees.

These fees have long been deemed almost criminal by many, showing that any property office asking for them exhibits little care for the tenant.  True to our word, Property Solutions stands ahead of the game. We will never ask for a fee to process a tenant application, as we believe they serve no purpose but to bring more hardship to already stretched tenants.

We here at Property Solutions eagerly await the introduction of this new law in Northern Ireland’s letting environment.
